摘要
凝胶注模是一种新颖的大尺寸、复杂形状结构陶瓷件成型技术,经过二十多年的发展,其工艺研究已取得了很大进展,但一直没有取得广泛的工业化推广。从结构陶瓷凝胶注模技术的工业化应用需求角度出发,对结构陶瓷凝胶注模技术中高固相含量、低粘度浆料制备,浆料诱导时间控制以及干燥缺陷控制三个方面的研究状况进行了综述,并对目前存在的问题及研究方向进行了探讨。
Gelcasting is an attractive forming process to prepare structural ceramic parts with large-size or complex-shape, and a lot of technology progress has been made in recent 20 years, but it has not been widely applied in industrial production. This paper reviews recent developments of gelcasting for structural ceramics from the perspective of industrial production. The preparing of ceramic slurry with high solid loading and low viscosity, the control of idle time and drying defect are discussed respectively. Finally, the problems and orientation for further research are also pointed out and analyzed.
