摘要
以间苯二酚和苯甲醛为起始原料,经两步加热回流合成法合成了几种2',4'-二羟基查尔酮。结果表明,以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,其用量为反应物总质量的15%,冰醋酸为溶剂,温度为90℃,合成的取代查尔酮化合物,产率为61.51%-74.96%。
Substituted 2',4'-dihydroxy chalcones were synthesized by two step heating reflux method with starting materials of resorcinol and benzaldehyde.The yield of 2',4'-dihydroxy chalcones were 61.51% ~ 74.96%in the condition of glacial acetic acid as solvent,p-toluene sulfonic acid as catalyst( the dosage is 15% of the total mass of reactants),and the reaction temperature at 90 ℃.
