摘要 目的依托在军队医院广泛应用的"军卫一号"HIS系统,开发一套绩效管理考核系统,并通过对数据进行挖掘分析。方法系统采用BS+CS架构,数据层采用Oracle数据库平台,应用服务层和客户应用程序采用Visual Studio 2008开发。结果《军队医院绩效管理考核系统》可对数据进行一定的挖掘分析,具有灵活的报表生成功能,可提供完善的决策支持。结论该绩效管理考核系统符合设计要求,有效提高了绩效考核工作效率和质量,可满足大型医院的使用需求。 Objective Based on the existing Junwei No.1 HIS system which has been widely applied in most military hospitals,a performance management evaluation system was thus developed,and data excavation and analysis were made accordingly.Methods The system adopted the BS + CS frame structure,the data layer was based on the platform of Oracle database,and the applied service layer and the client program were developed with Visual Studio 2008. Results 《The Performance Management and Appraisal System for Military Hospitals》had certain capacity of data excavation and analysis,flexible generation of report forms and could provide data support for perfect decision-making. Conclusion 《The Performance Management and Appraisal System for Military Hospitals》fully confirmed to the design requirements,could effectively improve the working efficiency and quality of performance appraisal,and could on the whole satisfy the demands of large hospitals.
