摘要
目的:了解笔者所在医院解脲脲原体(Uu)和人型支原体(Mh)混合感染时的耐药状况。为临床医生在治疗此种感染患者时,提供合理、高效的抗菌药物使用依据。方法:临床正确采集标本后,采用培养鉴定药敏一体化试剂鉴定并检测9种抗菌药物对解脲脲原体(Uu)和人型支原体(Mh)的耐药情况。结果:从6658例标本中检出解脲脲原体(Uu)2176例,占32.7%;检出人型支原体(Mh)47例,占0.7%;检出解脲脲原体(Uu)和人型支原体(Mh)混合感染450例,占6.8%。450例混合阳性标本对美满霉素(MIN)、强力霉素(DOX)的耐药率分别为21.3%、21.6%,对交沙霉素(JOS)的耐药率为59.3%,对司帕沙星(SPA)、左旋氧氟沙星(LEV)、克拉霉素(CLA)、氧氟沙星(OFL)、阿奇霉素(AZI)、罗红霉素(ROX)的耐药率很高,都在87%以上。结论:美满霉素(MIN)、强力霉素(DOX)的耐药率相对较低,可以作为首选药物;其余抗生素耐药率非常之高,应严格按照药敏试验结果合理选择抗生素。
Objective:To understand hospital of Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) and Mycoplasma hominis (Mh) mixed infection drug resistance status, providing clinicians with rational use of antibiotic drugs in reference the infection.Method:Correct collection the clinical specimen,the integration of culture and drug sensitivity reagent identification and detection the resistance of the 9 kinds of antibiotics.Result:Specimens from 6658 patients were Uu positive in 2176 cases,accounting for 32.7%. 47 cases were Mh positive,accounting for 0.7%. UU and MH mixed infection were positive in 450 cases,accounting for 6.8%. 450 cases of mixed positive specimens of minocycline(MIN),doxycycline(DOX) drug resistance rates were 21.3%,21.6%,of Josamycin(JOS) resistance was 59.3%, of sparfloxacin(SPA),levofloxacin(LEV),clarithromycin(CLA),ofloxacin(OFL),azithromycin(AZI),roxithromycin(ROX) drug resistance rate were very high,at all more than 87%.Conclusion:Minocycline(MIN),doxycycline(DOX) drug resistance rate are relatively low,can be used as the first choice drugs. The rest of the antibiotic resistance rate are very high,should be strictly in accordance with the reasonable selection of antibiotics susceptibility test results.
