摘要
本文通过案例分析与统计分析相结合的方法,结合课题调研的数据,分析了粮食、果蔬、畜禽三类专业合作社在产业化经营、治理结构以及经营绩效方面的差异与相似之处,揭示了产品类型差异对合作社经营的影响,得出粮食合作社的产业化类型倾向于"政府扶持型",果蔬合作社的产业化类型倾向于"横向联合型",畜禽合作社的产业化类型倾向于"龙头企业带动型"的结论,提出我国农民合作社应根据经营产品特性选择交易费用小、流通效率高的营销渠道以及选择适宜的产品加工模式的政策建议,以期对不同产品类型合作社提升发展提供参考。
Through the combination of case studies and statistical analysis,this paper analyzes the differences and similarities between the grain,fruit and vegetable,and livestock cooperatives in the industrialization management,governance structure,and operating performance based on the survey data. It reveals the influence of different product types on the management of farmer cooperatives,and concludes that the respective industrialization models of grain,fruit and vegetable,and livestock cooperatives are＂government supporting＂,＂horizontal integration＂,and＂agricultural leading enterprise driving＂. It is proposed that farmer cooperatives should choose appropriate channels of minimal transaction cost and high circulation efficiency and suitable processing modes to provide reference for the development of cooperatives of different product types.
