摘要
对电动汽车用异步电机矢量控制系统进行了分析,提出一种电动汽车用异步电机参数辨识及优化算法。在H桥式控制原理基础上采用正弦脉宽调制的方法分别向电机注入两种不同频率的正弦信号初步辨识转子电阻、互感及漏感。在同步静止αβ坐标系下,向电机d相注入带有幅值偏量的正弦信号优化电机转子电阻,注入阶跃信号优化转子时间常数。在一台7.5 kW异步电机上进行了试验,试验结果验证了参数辨识及优化方法的正确性。
The vector control system for induction motor used in electric vehicle was analyzed. A parameter identification and optimization algorithm for induction motor was proposed. Two different kinds of frequency sine signals generated by sinusoidal pulse width modulation were injected into the motor respectively,to identify the rotor resistance,mutual inductance and leakage inductance. On the d-axis,a sinusoidal current with DC bias was applied while the q-axis current was controlled to be zero,to optimize the rotor resistance. A step signal was injected into the induction motor to optimize the rotor time constant. The experiments of parameter identification and optimization using the algorithm were carried out on the 7. 5 kW induction motor. All conclusions indicate that the identification and optimization results are correct.
