摘要
高校后勤文化是校园文化建设的重要组成部分,发挥着独特的育人作用。在后勤社会化改革的背景下,后勤文化建设呈现出新特点:后勤文化更具丰富性和开放性,后勤文化目标具有差异性。因此,高校后勤文化必须重构,重构时必须遵循相关原则,从重塑后勤精神、重构服务理念、独树文化品牌、创建网络平台、重建后勤制度等途径入手,全面提升高校后勤文化品味。
The college logistic culture is an important part of the construction of campus culture, playing a unique role in educating people. In the context of logistics socialization reform, logistic culture presents new features： pos- sessing more richness and openness features and having various goals. Therefore, it is essential to reconstruct university logistic culture by following the relevant principles, such as remodeling logistics spirit, reconstructing service concept, building unique cultural brand, creating a network platform, and rebuilding logistic system so as to improve the cultural tastes of college logistics.
