摘要
通过常规组织分离法从带病枣果中分离得到32株细菌菌株,采用平板对峙法筛选出对枣果黑斑病(Alternaria alternata)病原菌抑菌率达86%的拮抗细菌菌株xj063-1。通过对菌株的形态学观察,生理生化测定结合分子生物学方法,将拮抗菌株xj063-1鉴定为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)。通过致畸菌丝的形态观察,发现抑制机理主要为抑制病原菌孢子产生和萌发,使得菌丝畸形。
Thirty two bacteria strains were obtained from diseased jujube fruits by normal tissue separa-tion method,the flat confrontation method were applied to screen antagonistic bacteria strain xj063-1 whose bacteriostatic rate was 86% for Alternaria alternata .Observation of the morphology of the bacteria strains and experiment of physiology and biochemistry were conducted to identify antagonistic bacteria strain xj063-1 as bacillus sbtilis by molecule biological characteristic method.Observation of teratogenic hyphae were applied to find the inhibition mechanism mainly were production and germination of inbihition spore to make hyphae deformed.
