摘要 天津高银117大厦基础筏板混凝土浇筑总方量巨大、混凝土强度及抗渗等级高、筏板内钢筋及高强锚栓密集、混凝土输送距离长且落差大、须在冬季一次性连续浇筑完成,给实际施工带来了空前严峻的挑战和考验。依托天津高银117大厦C50P8超大体积筏板混凝土浇筑施工实际,首创一家总负责、多家配合的大底板混凝土供应总承包模式,统一配合比、统一原材料,采取多项技术手段和管理措施,确保C50P8等级、6.5万m3混凝土连续82h成功浇筑,创造了民用建筑底板混凝土单次浇筑方量的世界之最,形成了C50P8超大体积筏板混凝土一次性连续浇筑施工组织创新模式及施工关键技术。 With the difficulties of large amount of concrete, high grades of concrete strength and anti- penetrability performance, closely spaced rebar and high strength anchor bolt, long-distance and high- drop for concrete pumping, non-stage pouring in winter in the ultra-mass raft concrete project of Tianjin Gaoyin 117 Building, it is a tough challenge and examine for actual construction. Based on the pouring construction of C50P8 ultra-mass raft concrete of Tianjin Gaoyin 117 Building, a new general contract mode of raft concrete supply is initiated. The mode means that a general contractor supplier works with many suppliers. Uniform mix proportion and raw material, multiple techniques and management measures are adopt to ensure the successful non-stage pouring of 65 O00m3 C50P8 concrete in 82 hour, which is the largest one-time pouring amount of raft concrete of civil architecture in the world. Meanwhile the key construction technology and innovation mode of construction organization of C50P8 ultra-mass raft concrete non-stage pouring at a time are summarized.
