摘要
目的探讨全自动注药泵在胃肠肿瘤持续化疗中的应用效果。方法选择2013年3月至2014年3月收治的胃肠肿瘤患者84例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,两组均接受氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)持续化疗,其中对照组42例采用球囊化疗泵进行药物输注,观察组42例采用全自动注药泵进行药物输注,比较两组患者的输注情况以及输注对患者生活质量的影响。结果观察组的配药时间和给药时间分别为(9.0±1.1)min和(44.0±0.5)h,对照组的配药时间和给药时间分别为(15.4±2.7)min和(43.9±0.9)h,观察组的配药时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的故障发生次数为(2.3±0.5)次,对照组故障发生次数为(5.9±1.2)次,观察组的故障发生次数明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组治疗前生活质量评分分别为(28.9±2.7)分和(29.1±2.6)分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组和对照组治疗后生活质量评分分别为(40.6±3.8)分和(36.5±3.2)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全自动注药泵在胃肠肿瘤持续化疗中的应用效果满意,能够缩短配药时间,减少故障发生次数,并且能够显著改善患者的生活质量,值得临床关注。
Objective To investigate the effect of auto-infusion pump in continuous chemotherapy for patients with gastrointestinal tumors. Methods From January 2013 to January 2014 in the Fourth Hospital of Qinhuangdao City,84 patients with gastrointestinal cancer were selected as subjects of research,they were randomly divided into two groups in accordance with random number table,both groups were treated with 5-Fluorouracil（ 5-FU） continuous chemotherapy,42 cases of the control group were used auto-infusion pump,42 cases of the observation group were used percutaneous balloon chemotherapy pump,the infusion data and the improving effect of quality life of two groups were compared. Results The dispensing time,administration time of observation group were（ 9. 0 ± 1. 1） min,（ 44. 0 ± 0. 5） h,and the control group were（ 15. 4 ± 2. 7） min,（ 43. 9 ± 0. 9） h,and the dispensing time of observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）; the number of faults of the observation group was（ 2. 3 ±0. 5） times,the control group was（ 5. 9 ± 1. 2） times,the number of faults of the observation group was significantly less than the control group（ P〈0. 05）; the patient＇s quality of life（ QOL） scores were（ 28. 9 ±2. 7） points,（ 29. 1 ± 2. 6） points before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between two groups（ P〉0. 05）,the QOL score of observation group after treatment was（ 40. 6 ± 3. 8） points,significantly higher than（ 36. 5 ± 3. 2） points of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Auto-infusion pump in continuous chemotherapy for patients with gastrointestinal tumors has satisfaction application results,it can shorten the dispensing time,reduce the number of failurs,and can significantly improve the patient＇s quality of life,so it is worthy of attention.
