脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2、神经元特异性烯醇化酶等与动脉硬化性脑梗死关系探讨 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、缺血修饰蛋白(IMA)与动脉硬化性脑梗死的关系。方法分别对脑梗死组患者(n=112)和对照组受检者(n=105)血清的Lp-PLA2、NSE、IMA 3项指标平行检测,并作对比分析。结果脑梗死组Lp-PLA2、NSE、IMA表达水平显著增高,且脑梗死组各指标阳性率均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论血清Lp-PLA2、NSE、IMA等水平增高可能与动脉硬化性脑梗死密切相关,联合检测这些指标,对动脉硬化性脑梗死的预防及治疗有着非常积极的意义。 Objective To study the relationship between atherosclerotic cerebral infarction( ACI) and the serum levels of lipoprotein-associated phospholipase( Lp-PLA2),neuron specific enolase( NSE) and ischemia modified albumin( IMA). Methods The serum levels of Lp-PLA2,NSE and IMA were detected in ACI group( n = 112) and control group( n = 105). The differences in these factors were compared and analyzed at different time. Results The serum levels of Lp-PLA2,NSE and IMA,as well as their positive rates,were significantly higher in the ACI group than in the control group. Conclusion The increases in serum levels of Lp-PLA2,NSE and IMA are closely related with ACI. Joint detection of Lp-PLA2,NSE and IMA as early as possible is of positive significance for the prevention and the treatment of ACI.
