摘要
对800m L/r径向柱塞泵主要结构参数的选取进行了全新的设计计算,建立了瞬时理论流量的数学模型确定了主要结构参数;分析了不同参数对径向柱塞泵流量脉动的影响并计算出脉动系数,分析结果表明对于大排量的径向柱塞泵利用几何相似的有关系数进行计算已经不适用。该文对大排量的径向柱塞泵的系列化有一定的参考价值。
Having designed and calculated the main structural parameters of the 800ml/r radial piston pump, established the mathematical model of the transient theoretical flow, confirmed the main structural parameters, analysised the influence of different parameters on the flow pulsating of the radial piston pump. The results show that the coefficients based on geometric similarity are no longer/suitable for large capacity radial piston pumps. This paper has a certain reference value for the serialization of large capacity radial piston pumps.
