摘要
针对影响电厂气力除灰系统的工作效率的主要因素,从提高设备效率、提高控制自动化等方面,介绍了天山电力奇台电厂气力除灰系统的组成及选用的各气动阀门的工作过程,及与其配合使用的电磁阀的原理及电磁阀箱的接线,详细分析了气动阀门在程控中的控制策略,为该技术在类似工程中的设计使用提供了参考。
Focus on key factors affecting energy utilization efficiency of plant pneumatic ash handling system, this paper describes the com- position of the Tianshan Qitai power plant pneumatic ash handling system and working process of the various pneumatic valves, the princi- ple of the solenoid valve used with the pneumatic valve and the solenoid valve box wiring, including improving equipments efficiency, im- proving control automation. This article analyzes the control strategy in the control of pneumatic valve in detail, to provide references of the technology for the design and use of similar projects.
