摘要
目的：探讨优质护理服务在结核病门诊护理工作开展中的应用价值。方法选取于2013年3月～2014年5月我院收治的120例结核患者为研究对象，将其分为观察组和对照组，分别给予优质护理和一般常规护理，比较两组患者满意度。结果观察组患者取得了较为显著的临床效果，其总满意度达到了90.00%，对照组护理总满意为71.67%；观察组护理满意占30例，一般满意占26例，不满意4例，对照组护理满意占25例，一般满意占18例，不满意17例，两组对比差异为显著性（χ2=12.4531，P〈0.05），具有统计学意义。结论优质护理服务在结核病门诊护理工作中能有效提高患者满意度，改善患者生活质量，值得在临床上推广使用。
Objective To investigate the quality of nursing service in TB clinic application value of nursing work.Methods120 cases of TB patients as the research objects in our hospital from March 2013 to May 2014,were divided into observation group and control group,and the two groups were given high quality nursing and conventional nursing respectively,then compared their satisfaction.ResultsThe observation group of patients achieved a relatively significant clinical effect,the total satisfaction reached 90.00%,the control of nursing total satisfaction was 71.67%; Nursing satisfaction in observation group of 30 cases,the general satisfaction of 26 cases,4 cases were not satisfied,control group care for the satisfaction of 25 cases,the general satisfaction of 18 cases,and were not satisfied with 17 cases,for the significant difference comparing the two groups（χ2=12.4531,P〈0.05）, statisticaly significant. Conclusion High quality nursing service used in TB clinics nursing can effectively improve patient satisfaction,and improve patient quality of life,is worth popularizing in clinical use.
