摘要
目的：观察眩晕症应用利多卡因治疗的临床效果。方法选取2013年2月～2014年2月间我院收治的眩晕症患者41例，对照组采取常规治疗，实验组于其基础上加用利多卡因静滴治疗，比较两组患者临床疗效。结果实验组总有效率（95.65%）相较于对照组（83.33%）明显较高，两组患者临床疗效差异显著，有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论眩晕症应用利多卡因治疗效果显著，安全有效，切实可行。
Objective To explore clinical effect of lidocaine application in treatment of vertigo.MethodsChoose 41 vertigo patients who are treated in hospital from February 2013 to February 2014; patients in control group are given conventional medication treatment,while patients in study group are given lidocaine intravenous infection treatment in addition to conventional treatment; and then compare clinical treatment effects between two groups. ResultsThe comparative result shows that treatment efficacy in study group（95.65%）is much higher than that in control group （83.33%）; there is a differential between two groups in terms of patients’ physical improvements and such a result has statistic value（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Lidocaine medication is of efficacy and safety in treatment of vertigo; thus, such a practical treatment is quite worthwhile to be promoted widespread.
