经尿道汽化电切术治疗重度前列腺增生症103例 被引量：5

摘要 目的 评价经尿道前列腺汽化电切术（TUVP）治疗重度前列腺增生症的临床效果及安全性.方法 对行TUVP治疗的103例重度前列腺增生患者的病例资料行回顾性分析.结果 TUVP平均手术时间50 min,无发生尿道电切综合征,无被膜穿孔,发生暂时性尿失禁3例,尿道外口狭窄4例,术后随访1～12个月,残余尿量、前列腺症状评分、生活质量评分与术前比较均有明显改善（均P＜0.05）.结论 结论TUVP是治疗重度前列腺增生安全有效的治疗方式.
