摘要 开发了适用于电力电子器件用风冷散热器的热阻和流阻测试系统。系统分为风洞本体、试验段、测量传感与数据采集和计算机软件平台等几个部分。风洞形式采用了低速直流风洞,总长度为5.2 m,试验段最大尺寸为500 mm×250 mm,最大风速为15 m·s^(-1)。通过在试验段箱体内部设置由横板和立板组成的抽屉板实现风道截面尺寸可调。开发了基于LabVIEW 8.0的系统测试软件,该软件具备测试数据实时采集与控制、测试结果图表显示、测试报告自动生成等功能。 A thermal and flow resistances test system for air cooled heat sinks used in the power electronic devices are developed.The system is composed with wind tunnel,test section,measurement transducers and data acquisition subsystem,and system software.This is a low speed straight flow wind tunnel,the total length of which is 5.2 m.The maximum size of test section is 500 mm×250 mm.The maximum speed of air flow in test section is 15 m·s^-1.The size of the test section is adjustable,which is realized by a drawer-like adjustable plate component design.The drawer-like plate component is composed with a horizontal plate and two vertical plates,and it is placed in the testing section box.The software for the system operation is developed based on Lab VIEW 8.0,which has some useful functions,such as computer data acquisition and processing,test data and report exporting,test results real time displaying.
