摘要
芝麻油是一种营养丰富的食用油脂。生产工艺的多样性,造成产品质量的差异性;营养成分在芝麻制油过程中流失;芝麻油质量与饮食习惯之间存在矛盾;由于检测技术存在时效和误差性,使消费市场的管理很被动。建立规范的生产工艺和产品质量标准是解决这些问题的有效办法。
Sesame oil is edible oil with rich nutrients. The varieties of production processes lead to discrepancies in product qualities and the lose of nutrients. Moreover,there were contradictory problems between dietary habits and product qualities of sesame oil. The management of the market was passive due to the timeliness and deviation of the detection technology. Building up the standards of the production process and product qualities was the effective method to solve the problems.
