摘要
通过固体粒子冲蚀试验,对比研究了不同攻角下TC4合金的冲蚀行为。试验结果表明,TC4合金在小攻角(30°)冲蚀状态下的冲蚀率要明显高于其大攻角(90°)状态下的冲蚀率。在小攻角冲蚀状态下,TC4合金的冲蚀机制主要以切削冲蚀和犁沟冲蚀为主,而其在大攻角下的冲蚀机制则以多冲型疲劳破坏为主。
The solid particle erosion behaviors of TC4 Alloy were studied at different erosion angles. The results show that the erosion rate of TC4 alloy at impact angle 30° was higher than those at the impact angles of both 60°and 90°. At low impact angle,the erosion mechanism could be concluded as grinding erosion and furrow erosion.However,the erosion mechanism could be fatigue erosion at large impact angle.
