摘要
目的：探讨牙髓炎采用根管治疗一次法治疗的临床应用价值.方法：选择某中心2012年1月-2014年1月之间收治的200例牙髓炎患者为观察对象,将患者随机划分为对照组和实验组,对照组患者接受根管治疗多次法治疗,实验组患者接受根管治疗一次法治疗,回顾性分析两组观察对象的临床治疗效果.结果：实验组牙髓炎患者远期疗效和近期疗效均明显优于对照组,2种治疗方法临床应用价值对比具有明显的统计学差异（P〈0.05）.结论：牙髓炎患者接受根管治疗一次法治疗,有助于患者近期和远期临床治疗效果的改善,因而具有较高的临床推广和应用价值.
Objective:To investigate the clinical application value of one‐visit root canal therapy for the treatment of pilpitis .Methods:Select 200 cases of patients with pulpitis received in our center during the peri‐od from January 2012 to January 2014 as the study object ,randomly divide them into control group and ex‐perimental group ,treat the control group with multi‐visit root canal therapy and the experimental group with one‐visit root canal therapy ,retrospectively analyze the clinical effect on the observation object in both group . Results:The near and prostecdtive efficacy on the patients with pulptis in the experiment group were better than that in the control group ,to compare the clinical application value of the two methods ,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0 .05) .Conclusion:Treating patients with pulpitis with one‐visit root canal therapy is helpful for the improvement of the near and prostecdtive efficacy ,therefore it is of great clinical promotion and application value .
