摘要
目的:打破省域妇幼卫生"信息烟囱"及"信息孤岛"现象,实现省域妇幼卫生业务监管及直报统计。方法:通过建设省级妇幼卫生信息平台及数据中心,采用有效的数据采集及质量监控手段掌握全省各级各类医疗机构妇幼业务运行情况。结果:完成省属医院、全省各地市基层医疗卫生信息系统或区域妇幼卫生信息系统的业务数据采集、交换和共享。结论:在省域范围内实现了妇幼保健信息共享、统计分析,实现了不同地域、不同机构间的妇幼业务协同,为妇幼保健工作提供了强有力的信息化支持。
Objective：To eliminate the Information Silo or Information Isolated Island phenomenon in the provincial women and children＇s health information,and to realize the supervision on provincial women and children＇s healthcare and meet the demand of direct statistics.Methods：To establish provincial women and children＇s health information platform and data center through data collecting and data quality ensuring in order to know well of the running of women and children＇s healthcare institutions in a province.Results：Managed to accomplish the data collecting,exchange and sharing around provincial hospitals,primary health information systems or regional women and children＇s health information systems constructed by all cities within the province.Conclusions：The implementation of information sharing,statistical analysis and working collaboration among different institutions and regions are able to provide strong informatization support for women and children＇s healthcare.
