摘要 目的:探讨股骨粗隆间骨折数字化虚拟手术设计系统建立的方法及其在临床应用中的价值。方法:选取20例股骨粗隆间骨折患者,行CT扫描,采用Mimics三维重建软件,在重建出骨折三维数字化模型并进行相关测量基础上,模拟复位,将三维重建的螺钉、钢板内固定模板与之拟合,明确内固定置入的方向、长度、角度等数据,建立数字化手术设计系统,初步指导临床应用,并与术后影像学资料进行对比分析。结果:重建出股骨粗隆间骨折三维数字化虚拟可视模型,并可进行多种长度、角度、体积等数字化测量,与数字化内固定模板拟合良好,可初步用于股骨粗隆间骨折的数字化手术模拟及手术治疗方案的选择。结论:初步建立了股骨粗隆间骨折数字化虚拟手术设计系统,初步临床应用效果良好。 Objective:To investigate the value and feasibility of digitalized visualizationte technique in the establishment of preoperation design system and primary clincal application of femoral intertrochanteric fracture based on the CT dataset.Methods:The CT scanning of 6 patients suffered from femoral intertrochanteric fractures were conducted.Three-dimensional reconstruction of upper femur were performed using computer software on the basis of CT images.The operative procedure of interfixation of femoral intertrochanteric fractures were simulatede based on the reconstruction model and compared with the postoperation images.Results:The computer reconstruction model had precise morphology and anatomic relationships of upper femur.The fractured bone could be measured in space and the interested structure could be highlighted using lucidification technique.Digitalized visualization preoperation design system was eatablished.Conslusions:The digitalized visualization technique can be used to establish the preoperation design system.It is feasible to provide precise data and opeartion plan in clinical femoral intertrochanteric fracture treatment.
