摘要
目的:探讨金荞麦及其有效成分治疗肠易激综合征(Irritable Bowel Syndrome,IBS)的可能机制。方法:非相关文献知识工具ARROWSMITH软件。结果:金荞麦及其有效成分在分子或细胞水平对Toll样受体(toll-like receptor,TLR)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、环氧合酶(COX-2)相关因子具有调节作用,而上述指标的不同表达同时也是造成IBS的重要相关因素。结论:金荞麦及其有效成分可能通过下调病变肠道细胞TLR4、降低TNFα的分泌和释放、降低IBS患者异常高表达的VEGF、降低IBS患者肠道组织COX-2的表达等环节发挥治疗IBS的作用,基于非相关文献知识发现法能为实验室的验证性研究提供参考。
Objective: To study the possible mechanism of fagopyrum cumosum and its effective components in the treatment of irritable bowel syn- drome. Method Software of ARROWSMITH based on theory of Swan's noninterative literature-bases knowledge discovery. Result: Fagopyrum cumosum and its effective components regulated the expression of toll-like receptor, TNFa, VEGF, COX-2 in the cellular and molecular level, and the abnormal expression of the aboved factors also participated in irritable bowel syndrome. Conclusion: The software of Arrowsmith could provide the prospects for the regulatory role of Fagopyrum cumosum and its effective components used for the research of irritable bowel syndrome.
