摘要
作者于2014年7月在美国约翰·霍普金斯医院做博士后研究,期间有幸在其急诊医学中心进行参观学习。作为一名多年从事科研、教学、临床医疗的医生,对这所全球顶级的医疗中心产生了浓厚的兴趣。作为全美最大的急诊医学中心,该中心拥有三个分中心,已形成一个巨大的急诊医疗体系。该中心不仅拥有全球最先进技术和设备、功能齐全和职责明确的科室结构,而且,该中心系统、严谨的医疗培训制度与体系让人耳目一新,其中具有创新、挑战、激励、共同成长机制的住院医师培训体系更是发人深思、催人奋进。有感于斯,遂将所见所闻、感悟心得撰写成文。虽作者力求尽全尽详,鉴于时间及篇幅所限,文中所涉内容仍乃管中窥豹、一孔之见,不免挂一漏万,望同道见谅,希望互励互勉,共同成长,促进我国急诊医学事业的发展。
The author has worked as a postdoctoral atJohn Hopkins hospital (JHH) fromJuly 2014.I have the honor to visit the emergency medical center of the hospital.As a doctorhas worked onmedical research,、education, and clinicalfor many years, I have a strong interest in thisNational largest emergency medical center.Asahuge emergency medical system,The emergency center of JHH has three sub centers,it not only has the world's most advanced technology and equipment and different functional department,alsohasthe strict medical educational training system and the system ,especiallythe residency educational training systemwhich is the innovative、challenged、 incentive、inspiring and common growth mechanism . Owing to this feeling ,I want to write an article based on what I have seen and heard. AlthoughI want to do my best todescribe the full viewbut due to the limits of time and space ,the content involved is not the whole picturejustmy personal opinionmy.
