摘要
时代在进步,世界在进步,教育变革已成为共识。但是作为教育变革的重要力量,教师仍然存在很多问题。因此,教育变革要关注教师的发展,建设教师专业学习共同体。
As the age is in progress and the world is developing,educational reform has become a consensus, but as an important force in the educational reform, teachers have many problems.Therefore, educational reform should pay attention to teachers＇ development, realize teachers＇ development of the educational reform, and establish teachers＇ professional learning community.
