摘要
目的:研究乳核消散片中当归、夏枯草和三七的薄层色谱鉴别,以提高完善乳核消散片质量标准。方法:采用TLC法对当归、夏枯草和三七进行鉴别。结果:当归、夏枯草和三七的薄层色谱斑点清晰,分离度好,且专属性强,重复性良好。结论:采用的薄层色谱鉴别方法简便、可靠、准确,可用于乳核消散片的质量控制。
Objective： To investigate the identification of Angelica sinensis,Prunella vulgaris,and Radix Notoginseng in Ruhe Xiaosan tablets by thin- layer chromatography（ TLC） and to improve the quality standard for Ruhe Xiaosan tablets. Methods： The TLC method was used to identify Angelica sinensis,Prunella vulgaris,and Radix Notogin seng in Ruhe Xiaosan tablets. Results： The TLC method for the identification of Angelica sinensis,Prunella vulgaris,and Radix Notoginseng had high spot definition,high resolution,high specificity,and high repeatability. Conclusion：The TLC method is simple,reliable,and accurate and can be used for the quality control of Ruhe Xiaosan tablets.
