摘要
为了研究火电机组快速甩负荷(FCB)过程的燃料控制技术,利用分层建模的方法建立了炉膛燃烧区分布集总参数模型,提出了炉内燃烧区温度变化趋势评价指标。利用该模型对火电机组FCB过程的不同停磨煤机次序进行了仿真计算。结果表明:炉内燃烧区温度变化趋势评价指标能够准确地评价炉内燃烧区整体温度变化趋势;先停上层磨煤机、后停下层磨煤机、保留中间层磨煤机运行的方式能够很好地控制炉内温度和主蒸汽温度。
To study the fuel control technology during fast cut back(FCB)process in thermal power units,the stratified modeling method was adopted to establish a centralized distribution parameter model for the furnace combustion zone.Evaluation indexes for temperature change in combustion zone were proposed.Moreover,this model was employed to simulate the FCB process when different coal mills were stopped.The results show that,the evaluation indexes can forecast the overall temperature change in combustion zone accurately.The operation scheme that stopping the mills in upper layer first,then the ones in the bottom layer and keep the ones in the middle layer can control furnace temperature and main steam temperature well.
