摘要
碱性硅酸凝胶作为一种重要的堵水剂,具有许多其他堵剂不具备的优点。本文利用几种活化剂制备了一系列硅酸凝胶,并通过对制备过程中的实验条件如温度,浓度,搅拌时间等进行比较与讨论,最终寻找出凝胶时间与实验条件之间的关系。由实验可知,温度、搅拌时间、浓度都会对凝胶形成产生影响。
Alkaline silicic acid gel is a kind of important water plugging agent, it has many advantages compared with other plugging agents. In this paper, series of silica gel were prepared by using different activating agents, and the preparation conditions such as temperature, concentration, stirring time were compared and discussed, the relationship between gel time and preparation conditions was determined. The results show that temperature, stirring time and concentration have impact on the gel formation.
