摘要
以稻壳粉为基材,以羧甲基纤维素钠和黄原胶为黏合剂、色拉油为脱模剂,利用正交试验找出最佳比例的配方。结果表明,最佳比例的配方为稻壳粉154.7g,羧甲基纤维素钠7.65g,黄原胶7.65g,检测证明一次性可降解的稻壳粉筷子综合性能良好。
This study studies rice husk powder to the substrate,sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and xanthan gum as a binder,salad as mold release agents,reuse orthogonal experiment to find the best ratio formula,while The corresponding proportions for performance measurement. The results show that the optimum ratio of rice husk powder formulations 154.7g, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose 7.65g, xanthan gum 7.65g, testing proved comprehensive husk powder degradable disposable chopsticks good performance.
