摘要
综合运用硅胶柱层析、反相硅胶柱色谱法、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱层析以及制备高效液相等色谱分离技术,对露兜树科露兜树属植物露兜簕(Pandanus tectorius)果实的化学成分进行系统分离与纯化。结合理化性质和现代波谱技术,并通过与文献对照,从露兜簕果实85%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部位分离得到8个化合物中,分别鉴定为东莨菪内酯(1)、松柏醛(2)、咖啡酸甲酯(3)、阿魏酸(4)、对羟基苯甲醛(5)、丁香醛(6)、原儿茶酸(7)、二十六烷酸(8)。化合物1~8为首次从露兜簕中分离得到。
The chemical consituents from Pandanus tectorius were separated and purified by column chromatographies with silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, ODS and RP-HPLC. The structures of the isolated compounds were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectroscopic analysis, as well as comparisons with the data in literature. Eight compounds were isolated and elucidated as scopoletin(1), coniferaldehyde(2), caffeic acid methyl ester(3), ferulic acid(4), p-hydroxybenzaldehyde(5), syringaldehyde(6), protocatechuic acid(7), and hexacosanic acid(8). All compounds were isolated from Pandanus tectorius for the first time.
