摘要
有机羧酸酯是一类应用广泛的化工产品,其主要通过酸与醇的酯化反应来合成。酯化反应的基础研究主要集中开发高性能、环境友好的催化剂,然而,被报道的高效催化剂很少实现了工业化。文章从工业化的角度分析了酯化反应,探讨酯化反应中的基础研究与工业生产的关系,并对今后酯化反应的研究方向进行了展望以期更多高效催化剂可以应用于工业生产中。
Organic esters are widely applied in the production of the chemical intermediates and synthesized by esterification of acids and alcohols. The esterification focused on the develop of the high performance and environment-friendly catalysts. However, a few of the reported catalysts were applied in the industrial production. The esterification was investigated by the role of the industrialization and the relation of fundamental research and industrialization was dicussed in the paper to get the desirable results.
