根据轴类零件校直工艺理论,提出罗拉轴校直工艺理论,通过实验达到设计要求。
The roller is an important part of a roller and clearer card, and its axle will be deformed greatly because of the customary technology, which will affect the roller-card quality. The theory of roller straightening technology has been proposed in the paper. According to the theory and the roller axle deformation characteristics, the experiment has been done with the roller made in the Shanghai Liangfang Textiles Machinery Factory. The experimental results are better than the design requirements....
