摘要
针对独立本科院校金工实习教学中存在的师资队伍、教学设备、教学内容、教学手段和方法等方面问题,在思想认识、教学经费投入、教学内容、教学方法和手段、师资队伍建设、实习课程考核方法、质量监控等方面提出了相应的优化措施,并建议金工实习的未来发展模式,使金工实习向健康的方向发展,激发学生兴趣,满足我院应用型技术人才的培养需要。
Analyzes some problems in practice teaching,such as the problems of teaching staff,teaching equipments,teaching contents,teaching means and methods. Some optimization measures are provided,in respects of the ideology,the input in teaching funds,teaching contents,teaching means and methods,construction of teachers group,assessment method of practice course and the quality control.This paper also provides the future model of metalworking practice,which can direct the metalworking practice onto a healthy way,also can inspire students＇ interests,satisfy the demands of cultivating applied and technical talents for our college.
