摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗老年甲状腺功能亢进症的临床疗效。方法:选取2011年1月—2013年12月本院内科确诊并拟行手术治疗的甲状腺功能亢进症患者100例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各50例。两组均给予常规抗甲状腺功能亢进治疗,对照组另给予西医围手术期治疗,观察组另给予中医西结合围手术期治疗,观察两组患者术前血清FT3、FT4及TSH水平变化及术后并发症发生情况。结果:两组术前1 d时FT3、FT4及TSH水平均优于入院后(P均<0.05),且观察组术前1 d时FT3、FT4及TSH水平较对照组改善更为明显,具有显著性差异(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率为12.00%,对照组术后并发症发生率为34.00%,观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗老年甲状腺功能亢进症临床疗效显著,可有效降低患者术后并发症的发生。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of therapy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treating senile hyperthyroidism. Methods： 100 patients with hyperthyroidism who got confirmed diagnosis and prepared to receive operation in the department of internal medicine of the hospital from Jan. 2011 to Dec. 2013 were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random numbers,with 50 cases in each group. The patients in both groups were given routine treatment against hyperthyroidism. The ones in the control group were added Western medicine during perioperative period;The ones in the observation group were added therapy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine during perioperative period. The changes of blood serum FT3,FT4 and TSH level before the treatment,and the complications occurrence after the treatment in both groups were observed. Results： FT3,FT4 and TSH level one hour before the operation in both groups were all better than those after admission（ all P〈0. 05）; FT3,FT4 and TSH level one hour before the operation in the observation group were improved more greatly than those of the control group,and the differences between them had significance（ P〈0. 05）. The complication occurrence rate after the operation of the observation group（ 12. 00%） was much lower than that（ 34. 00%） of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Therapy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine has good curative effect in treating hyperthyroidism,and can greatly reduce the occurrence rate of the patients after the operation.
