摘要
在军用船舶主机、辅机以及轴系等重要设备的故障诊断中,转速测量扮演着重要的角色,NI在重要机电设备的参数测量和状态评估方面都提供了非常优秀的解决方案。本文基于NI-PXI平台,在实验室条件下开发了电机旋转轴转速测量和调试平台。针对霍尔式和光电式两种常用的转速传感器测量原理,结合PXI-6251板卡中的脉冲计数以及电压测量功能模式,开发了基于Lab VIEW的转速实时测量和调试系统。该系统实现了转速的动态测量、实时采集和数据保存,同时也能够实现上述两型转速传感器的性能检验和指标评估。
The most obvious characteristics of vibration of rotating machinery is the relationship between the vibration frequency and its speed,therefore,it plays an important role in measuring accurate speed of rotating machinery for analyzing vibration,and mastering the running state of the equipment and other aspects. NI provides a very outstanding solution in the parameter measurement and assessment. Based on NI-PXI platform,a platform for rotation speed measurement and debugging of the motor axis was developed under laboratory conditions. According to Holzer and photoelectric two kind principles,combined with the PXI-6251 card in the pulse counting and voltage measurement mode,a rotational speed measurement and debugging system was developed based on Lab VIEW. The system realizes the speed dynamic measurement,real-time data acquisition and preservation,and also can achieve the performance test and evaluation of the two type speed sensors.
