摘要
目的:探讨调脂汤治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛合并高脂血症的临床效果。方法:选取2012年3月至2013年3月我院收治的冠心病稳定型心绞痛合并高脂血症患者100例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各50例,2组均给予常规治疗,在调脂治疗方面观察组给予自拟调脂汤联合辛伐他汀,对照组给予辛伐他汀,观察2组患者治疗前后心绞痛症状、血脂水平及心电图变化并评价疗效。结果:观察组和对照组的心绞痛改善总有效率分别为(86.0%vs 70.0%),血脂改善总有效率分别为(88.0%vs70.0%),心电图改善总有效率分别为(86.0%vs 68.0%),临床总有效率分别为(92.0%vs 74.0%),观察组均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:调脂汤治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛合并高脂血症临床疗效显著且安全高,充分体现了中国传统医学的优势,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To explore the effect of Tiaozhi Decoction on treating coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris combined the hyperlipidemia. Methods： Selected 100 cases patient with coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris combined the hyperlipidemia from March 2012- March 2013,and divided into observation group and control group,according to random number table method. Two groups were given conventional treatment. In the lipid adjusting treatment aspect,the control group given simvastatin; the observation group was given Tiaozhi decoction combined simvastatin.Observe the change of angina pectoris symptoms,blood lipid level and electrocardiogram and evaluate the curative effect of the two groups. Results： The total effective rate of angina pectoris improvement of the observation group and control group respectively was（ 86. 0% vs 70. 0%）,the total effective rate of the blood lipid improvement respectively was（ 88. 0% vs70. 0%）,the total effective rate of the electrocardiogram improvement respectively was（ 86. 0% vs 68. 0%）,the clinical total effective rate respectively was（ 92. 0% vs 74. 0%）,the observation group were significantly higher than that of control group,the difference has statistical significance（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： The clinical curative effect of coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris combined the hyperlipidemia treated by Tiaozhi decoction is distinct,and has high security,fully embodies the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
