摘要
随着我国经济市场化、国际化进程的加剧,企业面临经营形势日趋严峻,企业经营者承担责任、担当角色更加复杂和多元化,实施继任者计划管理显得尤为重要。本文以D公司继任者管理现状为研究对象,分析其继任者计划管理面临形势和挑战,总结经验、归纳教训,进而探讨企业继任者选拔、培养机制建设的思路和方法,以供参考和借鉴。
Along with the developing of economic marketization and internationalization,the situation of enterprise has become increasingly serious. The responsibility and the character of the enterprise managers becomes more complex and diversified.The implement of succession planning management is particularly important.Taking the successor management status of D company as the research object,this paper comprehensive analyzes the situation of successor,summarize experience and lessons,and then discusses the construction idea and method of enterprise successor selection,cultivation mechanism,then provides a reference.
