摘要
青光眼是一种致盲率高且不可逆转的眼病,常表现为眼内间断或持续性眼压升高,进而引起视神经及视功能损害。随着近年来诊断水平的不断提高,科学技术的不断进步,一类特征性小分子RNA及其在转录调节中的作用机制被广泛研究报道,其被有效地运用在青光眼视神经保护,已成为研究热点。
Glaucoma is a blinding rate and irreversible blinding eye disease, its symptoms are intermittent or persistent intraocular pressure rising,thereby causing damage to the optic nerve and visual function. With the recent diagnosis of increasing levels of science and technology continues to progress,a class of characteristic small RNA has been found and its function is also getting to know people. Because of their mechanism of transcriptional regulation in a better understanding,so that to use it in glaucoma optic protection effectively has become a hot topic.
