电沉积纳米晶体材料再结晶行为研究进展

摘要 电沉积纳米晶体材料具有优异的物理及力学性能,其再结晶组织及织构演变特征与传统的粗晶材料明显不同。对近年来国内外对电沉积纳米晶体材料再结晶行为的研究进展进行了总结。 Electrodeposited nanocrystalline materials have excellent physical and mechanical properties. Their recrystallization microstructure and texture evolution is obviously different from the conventional coarse-grained counterparts. In this paper,the research development in recent years on recrystallization behavior in electrodeposited nanocrystalline materials was summarized briefly.
