摘要
着重研究了酸度、硝酸钾药品的p H值及硝酸钾饱和溶液加入量等几个因素对氟硅酸钾容量法测定硅锰合金中硅含量的影响,选择确定了最佳实验条件以及干扰的消除,测定结果的相对标准偏差均小于0.4%,能够满足宣钢公司对进厂原料化学分析的要求。
It is researched mainly the influence of several factors such as: acidity,pH value of potassium nitrate drugs and adding amount of potassium nitrate saturated solution on measurement of silicon content in silicon- manganese alloy with potassium flluosilicate volumetric method,selected and determined the best experiment conditions and interference elimination. All the relative standard deviations of measurements is smaller than 0. 4%,and can meet the demand of Xuan Steel Company for the chemical composition of the rawmaterials into the plant.
