摘要
德国"双元制"职业教育已成为世界公认的成功教育的模式,本文通过分析"双元制"的特点,探讨如何发展我国职业教育中的"双师型"教师队伍,如何让其立足本土,顺应形势,取长补短,为提高我国的高等职业教育水平添砖加瓦。
German ＂dual system＂ vocational education has be-come an internationally recognized successful education mode. Through analyzing the characteristics of＂dual system＂, this paper explores how to develop ＂dual-qualification＂ teaching staff in China＇s vocational education, how to endow it with Chinese char-acteristics, make it adapt to the current situation and give full play to its advantages. The aim is to help the improvement of China＇s higher vocational education.
