摘要
新媒体由于其广阔的覆盖面、较强的实效性、丰富的内容、便捷的使用、双向的互动,给高校教职工的思想政治工作带来了前所未有的发展。但同时,新媒体本身的无界限、虚拟性、广阔性也给高校教职工的工作和生活带来了新的冲击。本文提出高校教职工的思想政治工作应当从学校的高度、心理的深度、媒体的广度着手,与时俱进,关怀交流。不断地创新教育理念,更新教育载体。
Due to its broad coverage, strong effectiveness, rich content, convenient use and bidirectional interaction, new media has brought unprecedented development to the ideological and political work of college teaching staff. But meanwhile, the boundlessness, virtuality and extensity of new media has brought new conflicts to the work and life of college teaching staff. This paper proposes that college teaching staff should implement ide-ological and political work from the height of colleges, the depth of psychology and the broadness of media, so as to keep pace with the times, communicate with one another, continuously innovate education ideas and update education carriers.
