摘要 随着科技的发展,电离辐射运用的领域越来越广泛,但辐射所带来的危险不容忽视。尤其是在切尔诺贝利核电站和福岛核电站发生泄漏事故后,人们越来越关注辐射对人体的危害以及去寻找经典的抗辐射药物。首先,当今肿瘤放射治疗的病人逐年升高,但放射治疗在治疗肿瘤的同时,也损伤正常组织。其次,随着臭氧层的不断破坏,人类受到紫外线的伤害也越来越严重。目前,应用于辐射损伤的药物有WR-2721(氨磷汀),超氧化物歧化酶等,但毒性大,副作用多使其应用受限。所以寻找毒性低,药效高的抗辐射药物是急待解决的问题。而我国传统中草药已成为研究热点,本文对近年来关于中药及藏药在治疗辐射伤害方面的研究进展作一综述。 With the development of science and technology,ionizing radiation is used more and more widely,which is dangerous and should not be ignored. People pay more attention to the harm caused by radiation and to discover classical ra-diation resistant medicines,especially after the Chernobyl and Fudushima nuclear lead accident. Firstly,the tumor patient who treated with radiation therapy increased year by year,radiotherapy can treat tumor while damage the normal tissue. Sec-ondly,with the continuous destruction of the ozone layer on plateau area,the damage on plateau residents caused by uv rays was also more and more serious. At present,drugs used in radiation damage was WR-2721( ammonia phosphorus),super-oxide dismutase(SoD),etc,which has great toxicity and side effects,made their applications limited. So we aimed for searching for anti-radiation drugs of low toxicity and high effectiveness,which can be the most pressing problems. The tra-ditional Chinese herbal medicine has become a hot research point in our country. This article reviewed the research progress in recent years on traditional Chinese medicine and Tibetan medicine in the treatment of the radiation injury.
