摘要
目的:探讨实施护理人员绩效考核的方法,通过绩效考评激励机制调动护士工作主动性,提高护士满意度及护理质量管理效果。方法:制定适合神经外科护理人员绩效考核标准,将工作量、工作风险系数纳入考核中,对护理人员进行考核。比较实施前后护理人员的工作满意度及对护理工作的态度改变。结果:绩效改革后护士的工作积极性较改革前有了极大的提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:绩效制度的实施提高了护士的工作积极性和护士的工作满意度,提高了护理工作的效率和质量,提高了护理管理水平,体现了优质护理服务的内涵。
Objective To investigate the implementation of the nursing staff performance appraisal methods through performance evalua-tion incentives to mobilize nurses worj initiative to improve job satisfaction of nurses,improve quality of care management effective-ness. Method Develop appropriate neurosurgical nursing performance appraisal standards,worjload,risj factors included in the assessment,on the nursing assessment. Compare before and after nursing job satisfaction and attitude change on nursing worj. Results Performance reform nurses worjing enthusiasm had imprver than before the reform,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0. 05). Conclusion The imple-mentation of the system improves the performance of nurses worj motivation and job satisfaction of nurses to improve the efficiency and quality of care,improve care management level,reflecting the connotation of quality care.
