摘要 目的:观察鼠神经生长因子治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的临床疗效。方法:我科诊治的中重度缺氧缺血性脑病患者60例,分为对照组(28例)和治疗组(32例),对照组给予三对症三支持等常规治疗,治疗组,在对照组基础上给予鼠神经生长因子治疗。观察两组患者在治疗前后振幅整合脑电图(a EEG)各指标的改变情况﹑临床表现及患者血清中特异性神经烯醇化酶(NSE)的改变。结果:治疗后,治疗组a EEG各指标等级低于对照组,更为接近正常值;临床表现的显效率及总有效率均明显高于对照组;血清中NSE水平明显低于对照组。结论:鼠神经生长因子治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的临床疗效显著。 Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of rat nerve growth factor in treatment of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy. Method 60 patients with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy were equally divided into two groups,on the basis of conventional therapy( Three symptomatic and three support),the treatment group were treated received extra rat nerve growth factor treatment. Before and after treatment observed the clinical manifestations、Amplitude-integrated EEG changes and changes in specific elonas. Results The treatment group of amplitude integrated EEG indexes rank was lower than that of the control group,the more close to the normal; significant efficiency and total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher; after the treatment,the serum specific nerve group enolase levels were significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of mouse nerve growth factor in treatment of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy is significantly.
