摘要
住宅套型模块化设计是住宅生产工业化的基础,优良的套型模块化设计可以有效解决平面的标准化和多样化的矛盾。从可持续发展原则出发,以住宅建造工业化的建筑技术现状为背景,分析日本和香港等地有关工业化住宅在住宅单元标准化设计及建造技术方面的成就与经验,总结保障房套型模块的构成规律和特点以及成熟经验,初步探索此类住宅标准套型居住空间模块的设计特征。
Under the background of the industrialization technology of residential construction, andbased on the principles of sustainable development, the paper discusses some industrialized housing andaffordable housing design information abroad（such as Japan, Hong Kong etc）. Through the comparativeanalysis of its standardized design ideas, such as dwelling space, industrialized construction technologiesand other factors, the rules and characteristics of social housing dwelling module composition and theadvanced experience of domestic and international security room dwelling modular design were summedup, and the direction of such residential dwelling living space of modular design were explored initially.
