摘要
文章对德国职业教育外部质量评价体系和美国高校教学质量评价指标体系的特点进行分析,提出实现评价目标的鉴定性向导向性转化、评价主体的评价组向评价团队的转变、评价标准向挖掘高职院校特色转变和发挥不同评价方法的长处等"三转变一发挥"的启示;共性与个性的结合、由课堂评价向教学全过程评价的转变、关注教师表现向向生性转变、评价内容的语言描述贴近师生等"四个注重"的启示。
