摘要
山豆根是我国常用的中药材,临床应用广泛。近来年,山豆根药材的需求量不断增加,导致其野生资源濒临枯竭,为抢救这一中药资源,国内不少科研工作者和科研机构开展山豆根的组织培养研究,并取得一些进展。文章对山豆根快速繁殖及栽培技术的研究进展进行综述,为山豆根资源的保护、利用、野生驯化及工厂化生产提供参考依据。
Sophora tonkinensis Gapnep.has been used as a valuable medicinal herb in China for a long time.Recently,the demand of Sophora tonkinensis Gapnep.keeps growing,which already caused the wild resources to dry up.In order to protect the resources of traditional medicinal herb in China,research and production of this medicinal plant have made significant progress.The present attempts to make a brief view,based on domestic and foreign document information to provide reference for the protection,utilization,wild domestication,modern scale production of Sophora tonkinensis Gapnep.
