摘要
使用UG软件对液压扳手进行三维建模,分析关键部件连杆在工作中所受的载荷,通过ANSYS软件与FE-SAFE软件的结合,对液压扳手连杆在工作时所受的交变载荷进行仿真并计算出其使用寿命。仿真结果与试验数据的对比结果表明,该仿真分析方法可靠,可为液压扳手其他零部件的疲劳寿命分析提供一种可行的思路。
Based on UG software,it builds the 3D modeling for the hydraulic wrench,analyzes the load of the critical component connecting rod in working process. Using ANSYS software and FE- SAFE software,it simulates the alternating load in the connecting rod of hydraulic wrench and calculates its useful life. Then,it compares the simulation result with the experimental data and finds that these two results are very close. This comparison proves that the simulated analysis is reliable. It provides a workable way for the fatigue life analysis for other components of hydraulic wrench.
