摘要
针对基于Mecanum轮的全向移动平台,提出了一种改进全向轮辊子形状的设计方法。给出了全向轮参数化设计模型,采用ADAMS软件对全向轮的运动过程进行仿真,从仿真结果可以看出,改进的全向轮在工作过程中上下振动幅度减小,使全向移动平台运行情况得到改善。工程应用证明了该设计方法的有效性。
Aiming at the omni- directional mobile platform based on the Mecanum wheel,it introduces a design method of improving the roller shape of Mecanum wheel,presents the parametric design model of omni- directional wheel. With the help of ADAMS software,it shows the motion process simulation of the omni- directional wheel,proves that the amplitude of the omni- directional wheel in the working process and the operation of the platform are better. Engineering application demonstrates the effectiveness of this design method.
